Human Resource Management Office – Recruitment, Selection, and Administration Unit

(Main Campus, Malolos, Bulacan)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education : Graduate of BS Psychology / BS Business Administration / BS Legal Management Work Experience : At least one (1) year related experience

Training : N/A

Skills : Knowledgeable in MS word and excel software Has the ability to multi-task and can handle stress Eligibility : N/A

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

 Computer literate

 Has the ability to multi-task DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITITES:

 Preparation, distribution and consolidation of Notice of Expiration of Contract with Part-time intent form to be re-hired form to colleges/offices;

 Recording, consolidating and submission of approved recommendation for renewal of Non- Regular Faculty to Payroll unit;

 Preparation of contract transmittal of non-regular faculty and transmittal to OUP for signature;

 Consolidating of approved contract of non-regular faculty for transmittal to colleges for notary;

 Checking and consolidating of notarized contract of non-regular faculty;

 Preparation of transmittal and scanning of contract on non-regular faculty to Payroll unit, Records office and COA office;

 Preparation of Appointment for Excess loads of Regular Non- Academic Personnel with Teaching Loads and Regular Faculty;

 Scanning and Submission of appointment for excess loads to Records office and college/office to Records office;

 Consolidation of approved resignation/end of contract and leave of absence of non-regular faculty; compiling of the separation (clearance, exit interview, ID and IPCR) and leave of absence requirements for submission;

 Updating of checklist of non-regular faculty from time to time; updating the tracker of separated non-regular faculty;

 Does profiling and continuous updating of profile of Part-Time Faculty, including Guest Lecturer and Professional Lecturer;

 Encoding of 201 File of newly-hired Part-Time Faculty, Guest Lecturer and Professional Lecturer;

 Checking, consolidating and updating of submitted Personal Data Sheet (PDS) of Part-Time

 Faculty, Guest Lecturer and Professional Lecturer; sorting of PDS for transmittal to Records Office;

 Verification of academic records of Part-Time Faculty, Guest Lecturer and Professional Lecturer;

 Provides and updates data of non-regular faculty for Inventory of Human Resource System (IGHRS-CSC) and Normative Financing (CHED);

 Coordinates with CHRMO and Records office on Service Records of non-regular Faculty;

 Provides data for budget preparation;

 Assists in hiring process;

 Does related task.

2. Comprehensive Resume with one (1) Recent passport-sized picture;

3. Fully Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;

4. Performance rating in the last rating period (for private companies/institution) / IPCR for government;

5. Scanned copy of the supporting documents:
