This Office endorsesthe conduct ofthe2019 PREO International Research Conference organized by the Pampanga Research Educators Organization, Inc. (PREO, Inc.) in partnership with the Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University from May 24- 26, 2019 at DHVTSU, Bacolor, Pampanga. This year’s international conference is anchored on the theme: “Humanizing Pedagogical Practices through Borderless Education: The Keyto Knowledge Developmentand Collaboration.”
The 2019 PREO-IRC aims to serve as an avenue to present the research works of educators and scholars both in basic education and higher education. This academic gathering will also provide the fulcrum for networking of possible future research collaborations/endeavors between and among scholars from different discipines from differentparts oftheworld. The ultimate goalofthis conference isto enrich the research culture among academic institutions in the Philippines and beyond as well as broaden their vistas and perspectives on recent trendsand developments along the exciting and vast field of research. Featured plenary speakers are: Dr. Hendrati Dwi Mulyaningsih, Founder& ChairofResearch Synergy Foundationand Lecturer, Department ofBusiness Administration, Telkom University, Bandung, Indonesia and Dr. John Paolo R. Rivera, Associate Director, Asian Institute ofManagement’s (AIM) Dr. Andrew L. Tan Centerfor Tourism and Visiting Research Fellow, Ritsumeikan Center forAsia Pacific Studies of RitsumeikanAsia Pacific University based in Beppu,Japan.
