SUBJECT Amendment to Memorandum Circular No. 001 Series

of 2020 “Guidelines on the Implementation of National Budget Circular No. 580 Series of 2020 Otherwise Known as 'Adoption of Economy Measures in the Government Due to Emergency Health Situation' Relative to the DOST Grants-in-Aid (GIA) Program”

Memorandum Circular No. 001 dated 01 June 2020 entitled “Guidelines on the Implementation of National Budget Circular No. 580 Series of 2020 Otherwise Known as

“Adoption of Economy Measures in the Government Due to Emergency Health Situation”

Relative to the DOST Grants-in-Aid (GIA) Program” is hereby amended to indicate under Section 5.3 that “All other issuances inconsistent with this Circular are hereby rescinded/repealed and/or modified accordingly”.

All other provisions of MC No. 001, s. 2020 remains valid.
