Two Hundred Twenty-Sir Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Three Philippine Posos and l{inety-Two Gentayos (Php 1 ,226,823.92) ^sourced from Intemally Generated Fund (lGF) tor CY 2022 and posted the same at the KSU Website (https:/ftsu.edu.ph), and conspicuous place at the premises of the University Campuses continuously for seven (7) calendar days;

WHEREAS, in response to the said posting/advertisement, eleven ⁽¹¹⁾ prospoctiye bidders, namely:

FAMS School and Office Supplies Trading, Surdiaca HealthCare Distributor, Philippine Vissionn Group(PVG) Inc., J and G General Merchandise, Summit Pacific Phils., lnc.,0&E office and School Supplies Trading, Gold 'N' Green Enterprise, Bayle's Poultry & Farm Supplies, JM lbailez Enterprise, Kalinga Printing Press, and Zeina General Merchandise, browsed/read the opportunity ^at the sites mentioned above and downloaded the bidding 00cumenIs;

WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and the Technical Working Group for Goods (TwG- Goods) conducted the Pre-bid Conference simullaneously via ^Google Meet Link: meet.google.eom/eghdtti- bxu, with the bidde/s representatives on August 19,2022 @

am whereupon Supplemental Bid/Bulletin (SBB) l{o. 01 dated August ² 4, 2022 was issued to amend the contents of bidding documents, particularly ^on Item and Description of Technical Specifications of the project;

WHEREAS,

two (2)

bidders, namely: Zeina General Merchandise, and

JM

lbaflez Enterprises, purchased the bidding documents on August 22, 2022, and August 31, 2022, respectively;

WHEREAS, both

bidders that purchased the bidding documents submifted their bid documents containing the technical and financial documents before the scheduled time;

WHEREAS, during the opening of Bids on August 3'l', 202:2, the BAC, upon the recommendation of the MG-Good, declared the bids of Zeina General Merchandise and JM lbafiez Enterprise as "eligible" ^and

passed the technical evaluation of the bidding;

WHEREAS, the TWG recommended to the ^BAC, upon opening the Financial Bid Envelope, to declare the bid of Zeina General Merchandise and JM lbafiez Enterprise as "complying" ^and further proclaimed Zeina General Merchandise as the Lowest Calculated Bidder and the bids as calculated are as follows:
