(Re-Bid)
This supplemental bid bulletin dated August 8, 2022 is being issued to amend certain provisions of the bidding documents for the project entitled Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Various Multimedia Equipment, Accessories, and Furniture for the Multimedia Production Center of LNU (Re-Bid) for the revision of Clause No. 5 for the Invitation to Bid:
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on July 27, 2022 from the given address and website below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, based on the following schedule:

The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees by presenting the Official Receipt (OR) in person, by facsimile, or through e- mail ([email protected]).
NOTE: For lot procurement, the maximum fee for the Bidding Documents for each lot shall be based on its ABC, in accordance with the Guidelines issued by the GPPB; provided that the total fees for the Bidding Documents of all lots shall not exceed the maximum fee prescribed in the Guidelines for the sum of the ABC of all lots.
The foregoing shall form an integral part of the Bidding Documents. Any provision in the Bidding Documents inconsistent herewith is hereby amended, modified and suspended accordingly.
