7 The Bulacan State University (BulSU) will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on December 5, 2022 (Monday), 1:30 p.m. Face-to-face at the BAC Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Hostel, Bulacan State University, Main Campus, Malolos City, Bulacan, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
The Pre-bid Conference shall be open to all interested parties. Bidders are encouraged to send their authorized technical and/or administrative representatives who will prepare the bid documents to ensure completeness and compliance of bids.
The Bulacan State University (BulSU) will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on December 5, 2022 (Monday), 1:30 p.m. online via Google Meet meet.google.com/poz-sjhn- hik which shall be open to prospective bidders.
The Pre-bid Conference shall be open to all interested parties. Bidders are encouraged to send their authorized technical and/or administrative representatives who will prepare the bid documents to ensure completeness and compliance of bids.
All terms, conditions and instructions to bidders specified in the Bidding Documents inconsistent with this Bid Bulletin are hereby superseded and modified accordingly.
