Modifications in the Invitation to Bid

This Bid Bulletin no. 1 is issued to modify or amend items in the Bidding Documents for project:

“

Supply and Delivery of 2,000 25-kilo Sacks of Rice for Bulacan State University

(G- 2022-31)”

This shall form an integral part of the said Bidding Documents.

The Bulacan State University (BulSU) will hold an Online Pre-Bid Conference on October 20, 2022 (Thursday), 9:30 a.m. at the BAC Conference Room, Hostel, 3^rd Floor, Bulacan State University, City of Malolos, Bulacan which shall be open to prospective bidders.

The Pre-bid Conference shall be open to all interested parties. Bidders are encouraged to send their authorized technical and/or administrative representatives who will prepare the bid documents to ensure completeness and compliance of bids.

Note: One (1) representative per bidder.

The Bulacan State University (BulSU) will hold a Face-to-Face Pre-Bid Conference on

October 20, 2022 (Thursday), 9:00 a.m.

at the

Accreditation Room, 3

Floor, Natividad Hall (College of Engineering Building) Bulacan State University, City of Malolos, Bulacan

which shall be open to prospective bidders.

The Pre-bid Conference shall be open to all interested parties. Bidders are encouraged to send their authorized technical and/or administrative representatives who will prepare the bid documents to ensure completeness and compliance of bids.

All terms, conditions and instructions to bidders specified in the Bidding Documents inconsistent with this Bid Bulletin are hereby superseded and modified accordingly.
