for UNIVERSITY LIBRARY with the following QUALIFICATloNS:

• Education: Graduate ofBachelorofLibrary and Information science / Bachelorofscience in Information Technology

• Training: none required

• Experience: none required

• Eligibility: none required

• Skills: Knowledgeable in LMS, Information Technology and other computer applications. Good communication skills, adaptability and basic graphic design skills.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists students and teachers in location of print and nonpriht resources;

• Check bcoks and materials in and out to students and teachers using the computerized circulation system;

• Process and maintain periodical files;

• Filesdoouments;

• Mends damaged books and prepare books forbindery;

• Assists in the preparation and production of infographies/pubmats and library promotional videos;

• Assists in the exploration of new technologies as needed and keep abreats of new developments in information system technology;

• Assists in the effective management and control over library computer hardware and software installations and operations through the administration of the Automation and Technical Service Division;

• Assists in the formulation and implementatl.on of pelicies and procedures, partioularty in the area of systems development;

• Does otherrelatedwork.

2. Resume with one (1) Recent passportrsized picture;

3. Fully Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2018) which can be downloaded at www.csc.cov.ch (if contracted by government ageney);

4. Performance rating in the last rating period (for private companies/ institution) / IPCR for government;

5. Photocopy of the following supporting documents: (Original copies shall be presented for validation) o Transcript of Records

o Diploma

o Certificate of Grades (number of units earned jn Graduate studies (if applicable) o Seminar/ Certificates attended for the last five (5) years

o Certificate of Board of Ratings / Eligibility (if applicable) o Certificate/s of Employment signed by previous employer.

NOTE:
