including the required Eliqibiliry

Technical and Financial Documents, which include the following:

Bill of Quantities;

Summary and Detailed Estimates;

CY 2018 Mayo/s/Business Permit;

PhiIGEPS Registration Number;

PCAB License; and

Omnibus Sworn Statement.

Abstract of Sealed Quotation and Arithmetic Bid Evaluation;

BAC Resolution recommending award of Contract;

Notice of Award of Contract and the Bidder's conforme thereto;

Contractor's Performance Security; and

Other contract documents that may be required by existinq laws and/or

the

Entity.
