This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 3 is issued to modify or amend the item in ITB Clauses 21 and 24.1.1 under Section III of the Bid Data Sheet found in Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 2. The submission and opening of bids is reset further until the accountability for the demolition and disposals of materials is established awaiting DOF’s advice. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.
