ELC/LOWER SCHOOL FACULTY CLEARANCE PROCESS S.Y. 2012-2013
1. May 20 – LS Library will receive the whole batch of teacher clearance forms from the ELC/LS secretaries. All teacher/classroom materials need to be returned during this week, May 20-24.
2. After May 24 — Accounting will receive cleared teacher clearance forms from the LS Library.
Any problems/questions regarding unclear items from the Library, please see Mrs. Lamb.
Library will attach the list/price of unclear items to the clearance forms and the teacher needs to pick up the form from the Library on May 27, Faculty In-service Day.
3. By May 28 – LS Principal will receive clearance forms from accounting and sign off.
Teachers with incomplete clearance forms should return materials, pay/settle accounts due for lost/missing items and other outstanding overdue accounts; and proceed with the clearance process individually.
4. Personnel Office to sign off (non-returning teachers only).
5. Deputy Headmaster to sign off (non-returning teachers living in staff housing).
6. Headmaster’s Office will sign off on all clearances.
ELC/LS Offices will forward all clearances to Ms. Ana, cashier.
