This Office informs and advices all concerned onthe UpdatesonTertiaryEducation Subsidywhichwill be held onAugust 16, 2019atthe Forum, Orchid Gardens, Lazatin Blvd., CityofSan Fernando, Pampanga.
Theobjectives ofthe meeting are:
1. To informall HEIs inthe region as regards updates onTES implementationfor AY2019-2020;
2. Tofamiliarizeprocedural stepsand documents necessaryforTESapplication;
3. Todiscuss theTESTimeline andcollaboratewaystoefficiently and effectively implementTESforAY 2019-2020.
Expected participants are Presidents/Heads ofHEIs and the TES Focal Persons. Each HEI is allotted two (2) slotsforthis meeting.
There will betwo batchesforthis activityto ensureorderand clarity:

Batch 2:
Nueva Ecija, Zambales, Bulacan Aurora, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bataan
Registration forthe morning batchwill be atSAM and 1PMforthe afternoon batch.
No registration fee shall be charged to the participants. Transportation and other incidental expenses shall be shouldered by participating HEI, subject to existing accounting and auditing rules.
