The Human Resource and Institution Development Division (HRIDD) of the Philippine Council for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development (PCIEERD) is looking for a result-driven, analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual to fill the vacancy for:
Project Administrative Aide VI Contract of Service
SG 09 – Php 25,355.00/mo
Qualification:
• Must be a BS Degree holder in Accounting, Management or any science- related degree with working knowledge in basic finance, bookkeeping and accounting;
• Preferably with at least two (2) years relevant experience;
• Preferably with at least eight (8) hours of relevant training;
• Must have effective organizational skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledgable in MS computer applications (excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access);
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Job Description:
• Facilitates and monitors the release of entitlements of Balik Scientist Program (BSP) awardee as well as other financial obligations related to the implementation of the BSP and other HRIDD programs;
• Creates, maintains, reviews and reports financial status of BSP;
• Organizes and maintains BSP records and reports, including records of pre- and post- engagements of Balik Scientist;
• Liases with the Finance and Administrative Division on financial matters related to HRIDD programs;
• Provides administrative support in the conduct of other activities, meetings and events, organized by HRIDD; and;
• Performs other tasks/related functions of a regular or special nature, as assigned.
