Select “Type” of your concern/request.

When the requestform has been submitted, the request will be visible in the Job Requests list.

When request form has been submitted, an
auto system generated email will be send to the requesting
personnel.
End-user request – sms to assigned staff
When request form has been submitted, SMS Notification will be
send to the “Assigned GICTD Staff”.
