for

the Department of Education (DepEd)

to

amend and update its policies on the health and safety protocols in light of the COVID-I9 Pandemic to guide the learners, and t1le teaching and non-teaching personnel. Accordingly, ttris Order is issued to arnend DepEd Order No. 39, s. 2022, re:. Heakh and Safetg Protocols in tight of the COWD-I9 Pandemic, and implement EO No. O7 , s. 2022 in the Department.
