That is why I am truly privileged to participate in the management of the Association for Deans because of the. Bonito, DrPH, Dean of the College of Nursing of the University of the Philippines (Manila), serves as President.
The purpose of the event is to promote the importance of reading and encourage the Bedan community to read good books. In Cebu, for example, the festival of the Santo Nino drew millions of devotees to the point that the number exceeded the total population of the city.

Research and Development Center Holds
Supreme Court Associate Justice Alfredo Benjamin S. Caguioa, Chairman of the 2022 Bar Examinations, instructs the Chief of the Security Division of the Supreme Court, Hon. Gayanan during his inspection of the Bar testing center at San Beda University in Mendiola, Manila on November 13, 2022, the second of the four-day Exams. Considered to be the toughest licensure exam in the country, the 2022 Jurisprudence Exams consisted of test questions in the following subjects: (i) Political Law and International Law (with relevant tax principles); (ii) Labor Law and Social Legislation; (iii) Criminal law; (iv) Commercial law; (v) Civil law I; (vi) Civil law II; (vii) Amending Law I; and (viii) Remedial Law II (with basic tax remedies) and Legal Ethics. However, the Supreme Court, in its official bulletin dated November 20, 2022, reported that out of 600 examinees who were expected to take the SBU exams, only 579 completed the 2022 Bar Exams.
On the other hand, the bar exams in 2023 will be led by SBU's very own Judge Advocate Ramon Paul Hernando (SBU COL Batch 91). With the successful completion of the bar exams in 2022 in SBU, all roads lead to the holding of the bar exams in 2023.
SUPREME COURT
Days before the examinations, preparations were made by the Supreme Court of the Philippines in coordination with the College of Law, Administration, Information and Communication Technology Center, Clinic, Office of Security, Maintenance, Purchase, Accounting, Office of the Vice President for Administration- Since bar examinations were conducted through an online software called ExamSoft, all relevant offices ensured that the Internet connection and electricity at SBU were stable and reliable. The University's hosting of the Bar Exam testifies to its integrity and credibility in legal education.

Certification in Cybersecurity
Silva is certified by the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC)² as "Certified in Cyber Security". ISC)² is a prestigious non-profit organization in the United States. Director Silva, who has provisionally passed the Certified Cyber Security exam in Las Vegas, Nevada in the United States, was awarded CC certification by his Board of Directors, following the usual psychometric and forensic evaluation. According to Zachary Tudor, Chairman of the Board of Directors (ISC)², and responsible for the National and Homeland Security (N&HS) mission of the Idaho National Laboratory (INL), Director Silva is granted official membership in the International System Security Certification Consortium of Information.
Director Silva's certification elevates him into a more advantageous plan in the context of ICTC's digitization program roadmap for San Beda University.

Benedictine Community Engagement Week 2022
Community Involvement Week began on September 12, coinciding with the celebration of the Feast of Our Lady of Montserrat. Recto High School the essence of the ceremony of Our Lady of Montserrat. He demonstrated the importance of the celebration as a manifestation of God's love, resulting in various programs and projects for and with SBU partner communities.
He further challenged everyone to pray together so that the celebration of the feast of Our Lady of Montserrat and the Benedictine community engagement can increase faith. Meanwhile, the Integrated Basic Education Department through the Social Action Program practically launched the Community Engagement Week in the Rizal Campus on the same day.

Age Group Swimming Competition
The Philippine team, represented by Alexander Georg Eichler, was 1st in the Boys 14-15 200 LC Meter Butterfly. The invitation to join and represent the Philippines in the international competition affirms the quality and credibility of San Beda University student-athletes in global swimming competitions. Competing for the country were (left to right in photo) Jasmine Alkhaldi, Jerard Jacinto, Thanya Dela Cruz, Jonathan Cook, Chloe Isleta and Gavino Roxas Jr.
The international swimming competition was organized by Swimming Australia and FINA, the International Swimming Federation, in partnership with the Victorian Government. Red Sea Lions coach Genesis Mendoza (far left in photo), a member of the Philippine coaching pool, led the team.
