Manilyn is an online freelancer who works with companies and individuals from variety of industry sectors. For over 3 years, her experiences as a virtual assistant, a transcriber, a photo editor and an ESL teacher have been extended to virtual librarianship which includes data management and indexing. In her earlier career, she worked as a customer service representative and an SEO writer. Currently, she is working on a virtual library project that would offer Filipino public domain titles in audio format. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science with distinction in 2015 from the School of Library and Information Studies, University of the Philippines.

Iyra obtained both her Bachelor of Library and Information Science (cum laude) and Master of Library and Information Science (with specialization in Archival Studies) from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2005 and 2010, respectively. She is a full time faculty member at the School of Library and Information Studies, University of the Philippines Diliman since 2006 and has taught courses on LIS and Archival Studies. At present, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Information Studies at Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore where she is a recipient of NTU Research Scholarship.

Jessica graduated from the School of Library and Information Studies at the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Library and Information Science in 2015. She now works at Trend Micro Inc., an IT security company as a software engineer.
Marianne G. Bugnosen

Marianne is currently working at the Filipinas Heritage Library (FHL) in Makati City. She received her bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Studies from the University of the Philippines Diliman School of Library and Information Studies. Before joining FHL, she was assigned as the administrative coordinator for UP SLIS’s “Module Development for a Professional Diploma in Archives and Records Management” project that was funded by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts of the Philippines.
