GUIDELINES FOR THE LASALLIAN PARTNERS AWARDS 1. Awards are grouped into three:

a. Open to all Lasallian partners b. Exclusive to faculty

c. Exclusive to personnel with administrative assignments

2. Outstanding Lasallian Partner Award is exclusive to full-time faculty and staff.

3. Longevity/Service Award and Perfect Attendance Award are exclusive to permanent full-time faculty and staff.

4. Faculty, staff and administrators may qualify for nomination as described in the list of awards for Lasallian partners.

5. Personnel who incurred any offense(less serious, serious or grave in nature) are automatically disqualified.

6. Performance ratings and attendance records will be considered is some of the awards to be given like Outstanding Lasallian partner Award, research Excellence Award, Extra Mile Award, Integrity Award, Teaching-Learning Excellence Award, Teaching Innovation Excellence Award, Creativity in teaching Award, Management Excellence Award and Leadership Excellence Award.

7. There may be separate awardees from TED, BED and non-teaching staff groups for awards that are open to all Lasallian partners.

8. Submitted information related to the nominations will be subjected for validation by the HRDM Office.

9. The Lasallian Partner Award may have no recipient, as the award will be based on successfully meeting the criteria set by the Awards Committee.

10. Awardees will receive plaques/certificates of recognition, Presidential Medals and Cash Gifts, the amounts of which are based on this year’s fund allocation:

11. Nominations may come from any personnel from any department/unit in the community.

12. Self-nomination can be made.

13. The nomination forms are downloadable in the DLSAU Official Website, https://www.dlsau.edu.ph/services/online-services/downloads/index.html.

14. Committee members cannot take part on any acts related to the nomination process of the any nominating unit.
