Abstract Submission Process
• For official submission of the abstract, the IMRC abstract template which can be downloaded through this link should be strictly followed.
• The abstract should be emailed to [email protected] with the file name format:
[Surname]_[First Name]_[Abbreviation of Affiliation]_Abstract.
• Upon submission, the abstract will undergo a review process by the screening committee. Only the abstract submissions following the template will be forwarded to the next level of the review process.
• Once the abstract passes the evaluation, the author(s) will be e-mailed their acceptance letter and will be invited to register as presenters at the conference.
Guidelines for formatting the abstract
1. Strictly follow the abstract template given.
2. Use Microsoft word with A4 size paper in formatting the abstract.
3. Do not distort nor remove the official header of the research conference.
4. Use Times New Roman font style and apply 11 font sizes.
5. The abstract should be in one paragraph composed of 150 to 250 words that contain: 1) an introduction with a precise statement of the problem or issue to capture the scope of the study, 2 descriptions of the research method and design, 3) major findings, and 4) conclusions reached. Most of the discussions should be focused on the results and the meaning of the results. The abstract should not contain literature citations. Make use of this section to discuss the findings of the study.
6. Provide at most five keywords preferably those that are not in the title. These keywords including the words in the title will be used by search engines as tags.
7. All the information aforementioned should be formatted in one page only.
