The results of the survey showed that the Academy's early childhood education programs were perceived as effective based on their evaluation of educational design, teacher competence, educational content and educational methods. Respondents responded well to the training design, competency of trainers, training program content and training methods for the two courses administered and offered by the institution. It is a fact that the country is known as one of the largest English-speaking countries.
This research is conducted to evaluate the institution's pre-employment training program to its prospective employees and to measure the effectiveness of the training program to its employees. The purpose of the study is to determine the effectiveness of Pines International Academy, Inc. to analyze pre-employment training programs for its employees' performance. The main reason is to determine the importance of the pre-employment training for the prospective employees, as evidenced by their employment readiness and overall performance once they are hired as teachers.
The level of effectiveness refers to trainees' perceptions of the importance and usefulness of the pre-employment training provided by PIA. Overall Employee Performance (OPE) refers to the teaching ability of an employee who has completed pre-employment training provided by PIA and includes Principal Rating (HE), Student Rating (SE), Administration Rating (AE), Attendance (A) and Punctuality (P). The general profile refers to the standard practices or existing policy of the institution (PIA).
Some firms use training specialists depending on the training needs of the employees and others develop their own trainers. Effectiveness is measured in terms of the application of what the learners have acquired during the training course (Sison, 1991). The training and teaching demonstration are therefore part of the selection process prior to appointment (Figure 5).
As shown in Table 3 item 1, which says "The atmosphere of the training room is conducive to learning" achieved a mean score of 3.48, interpreted to mean "Effective". The general mean of 3.76 which is depicted as "Very effective" is interpreted that the learning objectives of the training programs offered by the trainers are achieved and achieved. The trainer aspect is also contributing to the achievement of the objectives of the pre-employment training programs and that the trainees benefit from the training.
The statement "The course met all the objectives set out in the training program for TMT". Item 1, which states "The atmosphere in the training room is conducive to learning", achieved a mean score of 3.54 interpreted to mean "Effective". Effectiveness level of the pre-employment training program as presented by the supervisor.
The results of the study show that the training programs that the participating employees believed to have effectively improved or influenced their work performance and personal growth.
Student's Evaluation (SE)
The results show that there was a significant change in the number of respondents who received a passing grade. The results obtained in the third month mean that pre-employment training programs have proven their importance and ability to improve job performance and personal effectiveness. This can be justified by the fact that a total of 36 or 72 percent of the respondents achieved a passing grade and/or even above the passing grade of the student assessment.
The data presented in Figure 7 confirm that ANP - HR Department has provided suitable training programs to improve the work performance of employees. Ninety-eight (98) percent of respondents in their first month portrayed exceptional performance with a range of 13-15, 15 being classified as a perfect rating on the Lead Teacher Evaluation.
Head Teacher's Evaluation (HE)
This may indicate that the institution has considered quality training design to improve the expected results of the training program in relation to the employees. The degrees of employment readiness as far as the pupils are concerned in terms of the Supervisor's Assessment and considering the two courses are very effective in influencing the respondents' level of employment readiness and the degree of employment readiness as perceived by the pupils themselves marked themselves as moderately ready. An average score of 4.15 was obtained for criterion 2 which focuses on the general performance of the respondents interpreted as "Very effective".
The results therefore confirm the acceptance of the hypothesis, which speaks of an 80-85% level of readiness of the recipients for employment according to the trainees' self-assessment. The results therefore showed a significant agreement in the respondents' perception of the level of effectiveness of the pre-employment training program and the general presentation of their job performance, as far as student and principal evaluations are concerned. This confirms that the achievement of success cannot be influenced by an individual's field of expertise.
The respondents responded well to the training designs of the two courses administered and offered by the institution. The pre-employment training programs as presented by the trainers strongly influenced the achievement of the training's objectives and that the trainees received great benefits that would lead them to be high-performing employees of the institution. The two courses offered in the training were found to be very effective, valuable and successfully achieved the objectives, thus influencing the respondents' level of employment readiness at the start of both the assessments given by the Supervisor and by the trainees .
The degree of employability readiness of the trainees in terms of the supervisor's assessment and the consideration of the two courses is very effective in influencing the level of employability readiness of the respondents. The degree of readiness for employment as perceived by the trainees themselves sanctions the acceptance of the hypothesis that speaks of the recipient having an 80-85% degree of readiness for employment. The existence of some problems and issues in the pre-employment training program is one of the factors that can affect the purchase and the recipients.
