Dear Brent Family of Athletes, Performers, and Club Goers,
I sincerely hope that you and your families are keeping a positive outlook and keeping physically and emotionally healthy.
I would like to recommend 2 exercise apps that are free.
Nike Training and HIIT Workouts. Both apps have workout plans that you can do in small spaces.
Keeping fit will go a long way towards making you feel better overall.
If we get back to campus anytime before the end of the school year,we will still not have any formal after school activities as indicated in the email of our Headmaster.
If it is safe to do so, we will open up our fitness center and the gyms so that you can workout or play pickup basketball, volleyball and some futsal.
