Greetings.
We checked our records and noted that the re-accreditation status of the Nursing program is valid until December 2022. This is already inclusive of a one-year extension and an additional one-year grace period. Therefore, the visit must be scheduled in SY 2022-2023. We request that you propose a date during this period.
Also, a new survey instrument for the Health Programs, which covers the Nursing Program, has been developed. Although it will be made mandatory in SY2023-24, we encourage you to already use the said instrument. Together with the attached instrument is the application form for the visit. Please accomplish the form and submit it to us together with the proposed date of visit.
We will keep you posted regarding the orientation on the new instrument.
