Job Description
a. Assist the ED / Program Director in developing policy, guidelines, assessment & evaluation tools, and sustainability plan for the facility’s Custom Service/Bioinformatics Analysis services;
b. Handle the design and implementation of custom bioinformatics workflow for facility’s clients;
c.Participate in facility research activities and contribute to writing proposals and manuscripts for publication in high-impact journals when needed;
d.Create quotations for custom service requests, and service reports for each completed service;
e.Perform and coordinate bioinformatics data analyses for services, and provide technical user support and client consultations when needed; Develop and implement training programs, workshops and other capacity building activities of the facility;
f.Whenever appropriate, he will serve as facilitator and lecturer in training and internship programs implemented by the facility;
g.Perform other duties as may be required by the Executive Director/ Program Director.
