The ranking of the total bid prices thus calculated from the lowest to the highest. The decision shall be based on an examination of the documentary evidence of the bidder's qualifications submitted pursuant to ITB clauses 12 and 13, as well as other information deemed necessary and appropriate by BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY, using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” ". Award of Contract 31. Contract Award
Signing of the Contract
At the same time that BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY notifies the successful bidder that its bid has been accepted, BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY will send the contract form to the bidder, which contract is provided in the bidding documents, which contain all agreements between the parties. . Within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of the notice of award, the successful bidder shall post the required performance bond, sign and date the contract and return it to BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY. The Performance Security shall remain valid until the issuance of the Certificate of Final Acceptance by BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY.
