SUPPLEMENTAL / BID BULLETIN -1
This Bid Bulletin is issued to modify or amend items in the Bid Documents. This s hall f orm an integral part of the bid Documents. Please take note of the c hanges / adjust ment s f or t he project , SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF HRM LABORATORY SUPPLIES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT (Upgrading of University Hotel as Training Facility for HRM Students-Main Campus) with an ABC of ₱ 12,275,010.00, as follows:
A. Clarif ications and Changes are the f ollowing:
1. Lot G-Front Office ICT Equipment, Item No. 4 - 10 Airconditioning Unit s – to inc lude installation.
2. a. Lot C. Kitchen Equipment, Item No. 1 – 4 Open Top Range Burner - Gasline for the units connecting all gas operated equipment included in the project should be included/installed. On-site inspection/visit for the purpose and other related concerns is recommended and can be scheduled in coordination with the BAC Secretariat.
b. Lot C. Kitchen Equipment, Item No. 15 - Rational “type” Combi oven.
3. Include all brochures, pictures and descriptions in the offer.
4. One set of documents for all the lots being offered.
B. Other Concerns and Reminders:
1. The BAC is still requesting prospective bidders t o s ubmit t hree (3) s et s of bidding documents for simultaneous opening and evaluation of the BAC members and TWG.
2. Payment of bidding documents is required before submission of bids. Deadline of bid submission is on July 8, 2021; 8:00am, late bids will not be accepted.
3. Bid opening will be f ace to f ace, to be held on July 8, 2021 at 10:00am at CvSU International House 2.
4. Bid submission through Courier system is also allowed. However, the bid doc uments must be received by the BAC before the deadline of submission of bids.
5. For those who are interested to attend the face to face bid opening, prospective bidders are advised to send one (1) representative only per company. The University is implementing a health protocol to be strictly observed; that is, to wear f ac e mas k and f ace shield and to present a valid health certificate from Barangay or Rural Health Unit.
