Procurement of Various Food Items for 2020 in the Department of Finance This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 3 is issued to modify or amend the item in the Bid Documents. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on November 20, 2020 – December 9, 2020 from the given address and website(s) below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Fourteen Thousand Pesos (PhP 14,000.00).
The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person, by facsimile, or through electronic means.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on November 20, 2020 – December 17, 2020 from the given address and website(s) below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP2,500.00). The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person, by facsimile, or through electronic means.
