This SBB Addendum No. 01 dated May 17, 2021, for the Project: “Purchase of 3 Units Vehicle for Kalinga State 4 University” is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bidding Documents. Accordingly, this shall form an 5 integral part of said Documents

PARTICULARS CLARIFICATION / AMENDMENT

Based on the Discussion during the Pre-bid Conference and upon confirmation by the Technical Working Group and the End-User Unit conducted last May 12, 2021 @ 10:00 am for this Project, the following are the revisions:

1. The title of Lot 3: Procurement of 1 Unit Van for PMO shall be amended into

Procurement of 1 Unit Multi- purpose Vehicle for PMO, and the following provisions of the Philippine Bidding Documents (PBD) shall reflect

the changes as follows:

•

Paragraph No. 1 of the Invitation to Bid (IB) under Section I, page 5 of PBD;

•

ITB Clause Nos. 5.3, 14.1, and 19.3 of the Bid Data Sheet (BDS) under Section VI, page 13 of PBD;

•

Lot and Reference of the Schedule of Requirements under Section VI, page 20 of PBD;

•

Title of Item No. 3 of the Technical Specifications under Section VII, page 21 of PBD; and

•

Title of Lot No. 3 of the Checklist of Technical and Financial Documents under Section VIII, pages 26 and 29 of PBD.

e) Three years warranty of service or 100,000 km whichever comes first. It will start after the turn-over and acceptance of delivery by the end-user.

f) During or after the delivery, the Supplier shall submit the following requirements:

4. Warranty or KSU will deduct 1% on the total value of the equipment as Retention Money
