Fr. Thierry Avalle is a priest at the Diocese of Paris (France) and is a member of the Emmanuel Community (Communauté de l’Emmanuel). He is a parish priest and a professor of philosophy and theology at the Collège des Bernardins. He has a doctorate in philosophy and is the author of L’enfant, maître de simplicité (Parole et Silence, 2009). <[email protected]>
Preciosa Regina Ang de Joya teaches Philosophy in the Ateneo de Manila University. She received her M.A. in Philosophy from the Ateneo, for a thesis on Walter Benjamin’s philosophy of history, and a Ph.D. in Southeast Asian Studies from the National University of Singapore. Her dissertation is entitled “In Search of Filipino Philosophy.”
Tracy Llanera is a Ph.D. candidate at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. She is working on a critical reconstruction of redemption based on Richard Rorty’s idea of a literary culture. <[email protected]>
Agustin Martin G. Rodriguez is a professor at the Department of Philosophy of the Ateneo de Manila University. He has published in various journals—including Budhi—on poverty, discourse theory, governance, and social justice. He is the father of Leal Rodriguez.
