Abstract

Mallari's

Nursery Fumiture (lvINF) is manufacturing nursery

furniture

such as baby cribs and baby cabinets. This study evaluated the present state of the

firm

and formulated a strategic management plan

for Mallari's

Nursery

Furniture.

Strategies included in the plan are: continuous product development

of

existing products, implement

productivity

improvement in production, attendance of owners and workers to

productivity

related seminar, improve on inventory management, implement regular preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment, credit term implementation on accounts receivable

management,

and product offer to new furniture stores

in

Region 3 and malls in Pampanga.
