บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับบทบาทในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของ ประชาชนในองค์การบริหารส่วนต าบลเขาไม้แก้ว อ าเภอสิเกา จังหวัดตรัง 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบบทบาท ในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของประชาชนในองค์การบริหารส่วนต าบลเขาไม้แก้ว อ าเภอสิเกา จังหวัดตรัง จ าแนกตามตัวแปร เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่

ประชาชนที่อยู่ในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนต าบลเขาไม้แก้ว อ าเภอสิเกา จังหวัดตรัง จ านวน 375 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประเมินค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างโดยใช้สถิติที และค่าสถิติเอฟ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ก าหนดนัยส าคัญทางสถิติ 0.05

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. บทบาทในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของประชาชนในองค์การบริหารส่วนต าบลเขาไม้แก้ว อ าเภอสิเกา จังหวัดตรัง โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ประชาชนที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับ บทบาทในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของประชาชนในองค์การบริหารส่วนต าบลเขาไม้แก้ว อ าเภอสิเกา จังหวัดตรัง โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

ABTRACT

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of the roles of people in local development in Kaomaikeaw Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sikao District, Trang Province, and 2) to compare the roles of the people in local development in Kaomaikeaw Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sikao District, Trang Province, classified by gender, age, education level and occupation. The sample for this research consisted of 375 respondents who were residents of Kaomaikeaw Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sikao District, Trang Province.

A rating scale questionnaire was used to collect the data. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean and standard deviation, and differences were compared using t-test and F-test at the statistical level of significance of 0.05.

The findings were as follows:

1. The level of the roles of people in local development in Kaomaikeaw Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sikao District, Trang Province were, overall and for each aspect, at a high level.

2. The factors gender, age, education level and occupation did not produce any significant differences in how the respondents viewed the roles in local development in Kaomaikeaw Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sikao District, Trang Province, neither overall nor for any of the aspects.
