The journey to attain my master degree has come to an end. It is my pleasure to express my gratitude to all who supported me and were involved in one way or the other in this learning process. After four year I finally completed this thesis. Many people have been, sometimes without knowing, of great support for me during this time.
First and foremost, I would like to express my heart-felt gratitude to my esteemed supervisors Asst. Prof. Dr. Kamol Ngamsomsuke, Dr. Budsara Limnirankul, Ajarn Phrek Gypmantasiri and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Benchaphan Ekasingh for their critical and always inspiring and challenging question and suggestions to develop and improve my graduate research. They has been gentle in inspiring me, patient in hearing my intellectual preoccupations, modest in learning with me and especially kind in giving their valuable time for discussion and exchange.
Second, it gives me a pleasure to express my indebtedness to Ajarn Suvan Bongbud, Ajarn Vimonrat Bongbud who agreed to be interviewed and to furnish valuable information for the study. Similarity, my sincere thanks to all the responds of the farmer groups in Dong San village who provided valuable information concerning my research queries and allowed me to participate in their internal discussions. I am especially grateful to many participants who contributed throughout the reflective feedback workshops.
Doing my Msc in Chiang Mai University has given me the opportunity to gain insight in new innovative approaches as well as know many people with whom I
shared experiences, frustrations and hope. This has been a great time and grateful to University and to MCC staff for their administrative help. To my colleagues, the AGS community of practice, my sincere gratitude for their permanent disposition to listen my Msc journey.
