After the EIA report is approved, the conditions or measures approved by the Expert Committee must be used as conditions for the permit attached to the concession for the implementation of mining operators. If there are more capital funds that meet these criteria, the criteria for setting up the und as laid down in the measures to prevent and remedy environmental impacts must be applied. Since 2016, there was no clear definition of the budget for managing the use of these 3 funds.

In 2012, it was found that the amount of the contribution to the health surveillance fund was based on the mineral production capacity of the project. Therefore, the value of minerals was different due to the different qualities and compositions of the minerals. The composition of the Committee responsible for the fund administration also consisted of various agencies, including community representatives.

Assess the views of executives at the Department of Primary Industries and Mines as an agency that oversees mining. In this context, the concessionaire must be responsible for the costs incurred in the context of the operation of the commission.

determined the use of capital funds for the community affected by the operation of the power plants. One aspect of the operation was the establishment of a community development fund in Thap Kwang sub-district. The Board of Directors of the Community and Environmental Development Fund was similar to the Board of Directors of the Community Fund in the area of the power plant project, which determined.

In case of cessation of mining, the concessionaire or subcontractor must continue to invest capital in the fund continuously until the rights and obligations of the concession cease. 1.2) Formulation of an action plan of community development projects or activities around mining areas for consideration by the Public Affairs Committee. In the second year until the end of the concession, capital must be paid into the fund in January each year according to the capital determined by measures to prevent and eliminate environmental impacts.

Industries and mines, as well as details of budget and expenditure used for the rehabilitation broken down annually in accordance with the mine plan. But this guideline prescribed the establishment of the Public Affairs Committee according to the conditions of the measures to prevent and remedy the environmental impact. which for the time being canceled the enforcement of the notification of the Department of Primary Industries and Mines on the guideline for the management of the rehabilitation fund under the measures to prevent and mitigate the environmental impact of mining projects on August 31, 2015.

For the following years, the capital must be invested in the fund until the concession expires. For other minerals, the contribution rate was maintained based on the value of the first year's production. In the case of a concession of 2 plots or more, or as a mining group, we could jointly establish a Public Relations Commission.

The meeting of the Public Affairs Committee in each mining period was as follows: The collection and administration of the fund was in accordance with the rules or practical guidelines of the Department of Primary Industries and Mines. In the case of a legal entity, the name of the legal entity must be stated on the company registration certificate.

Opening the bank account in the name of the fund required the regulations of the commercial bank. It was to reduce the size of the minerals as required for use with the following processes:

invited persons to the meeting based on the criteria of the Notice with the following details:. The Public Affairs Committee would oversee and administer the fund or participate in the use of the fund's capital. This perspective included the administration of the committee set up to oversee the environmental fund regarding the following:

This process was very important due to the characteristics of Delphi research. The questionnaire in the second round was developed from the answers to the questionnaire in the first round. The appropriate number depended on the objectives of the study and the quality of the target population.

The evaluation of the minimum annual capital contribution to the Health Surveillance Funds and Community Development Funds Around Mining Areas was baht and baht per year, respectively. However, since the Health Surveillance Fund and the Community Development Fund Around Mining Areas were officially established by DPIM's notifications dated September 13, 2016, before 2016 there could be funds with healthcare features, but the funds did not clearly determine the amount of capital depending on the treatment of the EIA report. DPIM has prepared the notifications of the Directive on the Management of the Health Surveillance Fund and the Community Development Fund Around Mining Areas with similar features to the Directive on the Management of Funds, effective September 30, 2016.

The criteria for the establishment and administration of the Health Surveillance Fund and the Community Development Fund Around Mining Areas will be used in accordance with the objectives of the funds' name. The collection and contribution of capital to the funds was determined in the following years until the end of the concession. The minimum rate or share of the production rate of the previous year was determined.

5 baht per ton according to the production rate of the previous year, but the minimum rate shall be 200,000 baht per year. The appointment of the disbursement committee member in the case of the Health Surveillance Fund required the public health representative. In the following years until the concession expires, the entrepreneur must operate the following:

Details for the composition of the Public Affairs Committee structure may vary depending on the location of each mining operator. 2 Mining project of industrial limestone (for lime production) and industrial soil cement of Chocke Sila Saraburi Limited. 3 Industrial limestone mining project for the construction sector of Plad Aek Mining Industry Limited Partnership with concession no.

4 The project of extraction of industrial limestone (for construction) of the limited company Silanil with concession no. 8 Industrial limestone mining project (for construction) of Choke Chai Sila Limited Partnership with concession no. 11 Mining project of industrial limestone for construction of Miss Prissana Udomrat with concession no.
