Cleaning business is a labor intensive industry that requires a stable number of employees and professionalism to deliver a promising service. There are sources of unskilled immigrant labor that can be trained to serve in this industry. In this research, the researcher tries to establish a Business Model for Cleaning Service Company that hires Thaiyai employees.

The most important success factors of the cleaning company are the management system, skilled employees and customer satisfaction. Therefore, employee professionalism, self-development and customer relationship are factors that employers should focus on. Some employers may want to reduce costs by not paying much attention to the salary, benefits and treatment of their employees.

The customers can spend time with their loved ones or focus in their free time on what matters most to them and let the professional cleaning service company assist them. In most business models and business plans for Cleaning Service Company, there is no indication on how to treat the employees who are the most important resources of this industry. Moreover, the attitude towards this career is negative because of the toughness of physical work and the nature of the work is to service others and clean. Furthermore, mobilization of the labor force in the area such as Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam and Cambodia has a significant role as the labor force in this industry and country.

However, these people are treated as a minority and do not receive the rights and treatment they deserve. However, in this study, the researcher would like to focus on the Thai people as employees of the Cleaning Service Company. In this research, the researcher tries to create the business model and company practices that can benefit the essential stakeholders that are customers, employees and the company.

In this way, the researcher believes that the company can participate in helping people improve their quality of life. Through this analysis, the company understands which market it wants to serve. Seventh, core activities are key to creating a company's value proposition, and these activities must be relevant to the company's operations.

Key activities are the focused activities that company uses to create revenue and about which the company should have expertise. Furthermore, the company must be able to understand the impact of having it and not having it. The company must realize what benefits they can give and how much it costs the company.

For example, Business Model Canvas will be benefits for the company's operational processes, functions and management as a whole. The company will have a clear picture of what needs to be done, procured and prepared to achieve the business objectives.

This approach is different from others because it gives more flexibility and continuity to the two researchers to search further to get more details and the respondents can add their experiences, suggestions or comments (Frechtling and Sharp, 1997) . Furthermore, when it is a face-to-face and one-on-one interview, the researcher can observe facial expressions, tones of voice and gestures. When the respondent answers the questions, he gives a clearer understanding of the situation and the context to the questions, because both parties can immediately ask if they do not understand anything exactly.

On the other hand, in a telephone interview, the researcher can notice the voice tones and speaking rate of the respondents.

What rates do you normally pay for the service and how many SQM or services the cleaner provides for you. What else do you need to improve your quality of work, personal and social life? The company receives leads from website, advertisement, social media, email, and Line and What's app application.

The appointment is booked and scheduled using the Excel program or Google Calendar and if it is a one-time service, the company assigns the maid and inquires about the location and prepares the reception after the customer has transferred the service charge to the account transferred. The company targets clients who live in the same apartments, so maids can work in the same building (different unit) without wasting time traveling. The company tries to get contracts signed and get regular customers to get stable income and schedules, provide job security to maids and have a lasting relationship with the customers.

The company offers services to those who do not have a full-time housekeeper and they do not want to spend their free time cleaning or they do not have time to do it. In addition, the company wants to get more customers by using the website, Facebook page, Instagram, social media and brochure ads. To be able to compete in the tough market, the skills and quality of the maids are the essential factors to generate earnings, the company offers maid training such as how to get an efficient cleaning (quality and speed) and how to use each cleaning solution.

Key partnerships for the company are condominium legal entity office to get access to leave brochure and get customer referrals. Later, the company grows larger and has different types of customers to serve the education and workshop schools. Later, when the company expands to have more specialty and provide more complex works, the price of special equipment and cleaning solutions will be the next highest cost.

In addition, they lack access to the social security system and work compensation fund, job security, recognition and fair treatment. The company must provide employees with a work contract to give them job security and to make them feel that the company is also committed to them. In addition, responsibility and some autonomy must be given and the company must support them to be part of decision-making.

When employees who do not receive the rewards this time, they will perform better to receive the rewards next time. With this method, the company can ensure customer satisfaction from our services and with good service later customers will refer our service to their families and friends.

The rewards will be given to those who can meet certain requirements within the timeline and excel. Since MBO goal setting is used, its results can also be reviewed for KPIs at mid-year and at the end of the year. In addition, the researcher has to deal with the bias of the interpretation of the interviews and some interpretations may be errors due to the misunderstanding.

Finally, considering the time constraint in conducting the research, the accuracy, reliability and robustness of the data must be obtained in the data collection process, as the key part of the study is the quality of the data collected, as this will affect the quality and correctness of the results. and recommendations.
