Abstract:
EasyGrapher is a graphic display program originally designed for the DSSAT suite of models, with EasyGrapher v2.0 now integrated for other agri-environmental models such as the Canadian Agricultural Nitrogen Budget (CANB) and crop-nitrogen response models such as N_ABLE and HERMES. It allows users to manipulate time/space series and validation graphs for simulation runs and it calculates validation statistics. Specifically, EasyGrapher v2.0 can: (1) create line graphs for any two sets of simulated data and display measured data in the simulation graphs; (2) graph simulated data against measured data and display regression lines and validation statistics such as RMSE, E, EF and student-t test on the validation graph; (3) create bar plots for simulated data; and (4) generate summary outputs (e.g. average of runs) and re-graph the summary data from EasyGrapher itself. It is a useful graphical and statistical tool for visualizing model outputs and similar data sets.
