Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the effect of modern organization’s innova- tion on performance of textile industry in Thailand. Data were collected by using questionnairefrom 123 managements of textile industry in Thailand. Data analysis techniques used in this study were means, standard deviation (S.D.), multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.

Findings revealedthat the innovation of modern organization in terms of product, management and process positively related to the overall performance. Therefore, managements in textile industry should pay attention on creating modern organization's innovation, in product, management, and process terms. This could be a guideline in planning and developing business performance which leads to sustainable competitive advantage.
