Research frameworks explanation

This way provides employees with high aspirations and full support of the organization. From her point of view, the foreigner cannot be in the culture of the organization; t he can c ome c lost t o de stroy i t.

The previous studies in Thai organizations

Another study is Thailand's oldest university (Kantabutra and Saratun, 2013). Mahidol is Thailand's oldest university, having been established in 1888. Overall, the university's management practices closely match the Honeybee criteria. identified by Avery and Bergesteiner (2010). The third case study is Thailand's largest conglomerate, Siam Cement Group (SCG), one of the oldest and largest sustainable cement manufacturing conglomerates in Thailand, which has expanded to become one of the largest and most advanced industrial conglomerates in Asia.

Siam Cement Group (SCG) meets three criteria for sustainable enterprise, apart from staying in business for a long time (Avery, 2005): the ability to deliver strong financial performance, and difficult economic and social situations and maintains a leadership position in its markets. Most recently, the concept of "Honey Bee" was introduced, 23 l leadership elements built on the R hineland approach (Avery, 2005). The new study (Kantabutra and Avery, 2013), was an extension of Kantabutra and Avery's study based on Avery, investigated how S CG's practices meet the 23 sustainable leadership criteria. The next interesting case is Thailand's True Corporation, Thailand's largest provider of communication solution such as internet, broadband internet and pay TV services for consumers, which is known as a consistent customers' lifestyle needs.

In analyzing the research, in general, there seems to be a closeness between the sustainable practices of Avery's (2005) leaders and the bus practices in this hospital. The hospital focuses on the interests of a wide range of stakeholders and adopts a very long-term perspective by investing in its future and not trying to maximize short-term profitability. These leadership practices improve level, reputation, customer and staff satisfaction, and financial performance.

If you get new practice that is useful for work, what would you do with that practice? How would you feel if someone in the company shares an idea that is your first idea with others. When you assign your staff to the task, how often should you follow up afterwards?

The reflective note-taking (Bach and Piolat, 2005) is also used to record observed data, because not taking is an essential tool in many information-transmission situations. Note taking is seen as the rapid transcription of information using a few condensing techniques such as abbreviated words and symbol substitution to create an external memory. This framework will examine the business practices of a company in Baxter Healthcare (Thailand) to determine if they are consistent with Honeybee's management in the next chapter.

FINDING

Research finding

Explain research finding by element

The company allows employees to work seriously on ethics, the CEO always highlights the ethical topic every month,” shared 1 employee. Financial markets: Dividend payout is high in previous years, but is low last year. I saw the company create the bag using recycled plastic from the product packaging, that's a really good creative idea, how can they do that!” said 1 employee.

My colleagues and I are so proud to work in this organization as it continuously contributes to society.” 1 employee said. The role of Vision in the company: The GM and management team always share the vision, core values and future goals with the staff in a town hall meeting every month. Before starting a new project, we will think and participate in a meeting," said 1 employee.

In a company meeting, management always sets up a sharing section so that their staff can share best practices with others. At the monthly meeting, my overachiever colleague always shares her success story with others in the team, this is very useful for me as I can check in at my workplace and thus improve my performance.” 1 share of employees. I'm willing to multitask if I complete my current job on time, but I usually barely complete them on schedule.” 1 employee said.

Conclusion of finding

I allow employees to generate their own new ideas in the meeting because I think I can gain new creative ideas by doing it this way." 1 manager said. Staff engagement: The HR department always encourages staff to work through of time or help other department by giving rewards or recognition to staff who volunteer to help others without being asked. We try to encourage staff to do work beyond the role, for example we ask a volunteer from the manager to be the committee of digital tools, some are available, but some are not.

The management team always conducts surveys inside and outside the company to assess quality in all aspects. If any dimension is weak, the management team should find out the problem and the appropriate solution to improve the quality. . We are very serious about this, if the results are lower than expected, the manager needs to find the specific area where he needs to improve." HR said.

DISCUSION THE FINDING AND CONCLUSION

Discussion and recommendation

Ethics has also been included in the core value of other sustainable companies in previous studies. No limits Baxter Spirit Marathon", built house for flood victim, built bathroom for poor people. True Corporation has always adhered to a strict ethical code of conduct throughout the organization, with an emphasis on people.

To motivate insiders, refers Mahidol University's practice, Baxter had to find the potential employees who can be developed to be future leaders. The t op management team can also create a program suitable for organizations to develop their staff, and refer from sustainable company (SCG, Kantabutra 2013), Baxter should avoid bringing in outside managers to join their management teams, but they must h Promoted people from within the heir or organizations. Value staff: For the valuing staff, give priority to people as a key success for sustainable Honeybee practices (Avery 2010) from previous studies, the new idea to create product comes from staff in True Corporation (Kantabutra, 2012) I also invest in the development of staff who also join Honeybee practices.

The reason for the company's culture is that young employees are not willing to be self-leaders; they always ask their manager for help. Meanwhile, other practices look like other sustainable companies in previous studies, which are value for people and stakeholders, long-term perspective, strong or ganization culture, team orientation, focus on innovation, condenses decision-making, work with ethics, responsible for society and the environment, the managing director works as a role model and always shares vision, ten employees share knowledge and concern for quality. But to become more sustainable, in the future high market, the company should have an insight into the remaining elements, which is how l east evident in the current situation is very obvious.
