Foreword
The proceedings assemble 15 research papers and 2 research proposals presented at the 6th International Postgraduate Research Colloquium (IPRC) that was held at Behavioral Science Research Institute (BSRI), Srinakharinwirot University in Bangkok, Thailand, during 17 th – 18 th June 2009. The colloquium was organized by the BSRI, in collaboration with the Department of Psychology, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). The theme of the 6th IPRC was “Psycho-Behavioral Science and Quality of life”. The 6th IPRC was also held in conjunction with 60th anniversary of Srinakharinwirot University. We hope that this annual international academic activity of both institutions will continue to flourish.
As the chair of the 6th International Postgraduate Research Colloquium organizing committees, I wish to express my sincere gratitude to all direct and indirect contributors for making this colloquium a success. Specifically, I would like to thank my colleagues and students from BSRI for all their hard work and dedication to this colloquium. I also want to give special thanks to the editors, the reviewers, and the organizing committees of the proceedings for their help in the preparation of the proceedings
Finally, it is hoped that the proceedings will be of value not only to academics and professionals, in psychology, behavioral science, and related disciplines, but also those wishing to understand and utilize research work.
