LAND OF BUDDHADHAMMA AND PEOPLE IN PEACE

ABSTRACT
Buddhadhamma is the Buddha’s words consisting of the general theories and the law for the monks and people. We called “dhammavinaya”. It is the universal rules (Esther and Jerry Hicks,2006) in the world where every nationality can live in the peace together. The practical harmony or unity is the best tenet for living and researching the big profit or benefit for people on the world. It has the good characteristics for the human beings who inspired the happiness and peace in the recent society. For the individual habits, people need the well-being and success in the economics, the society, the religions and the civilized culture in the communities where have many nationalities.
The practical harmony is the dhamma or theory that people would learn and take it to practice and use generally. It would be learnt in the objective usages for protecting the truth and peace in the world. Its practical actions are created or built in the real life in the real communities.
The harmony is the most need in the world when it is facing to the dangers from the fighting of the men with the men who are full of passion and greed. It is only one purpose that draw the men turn back to the negotiation together. They should open mind for learning it that is the words of Buddha who had the kindness to proclaim dhammavinaya that the unity is a part of dhammavinaya in the large number of people.

Abstract
This study aimed to develop a guidelines on managing Chinese language learning for Bilingual Schools (Thai – Chinese) under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The study was divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 was to investigate the present state and needs on managing Chinese language learning for Bilingual Schools (Thai – Chinese) under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration from the perspectives of the involved personnel in Bilingual Schools (Thai – Chinese) under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Phase 2 was to create guidelines on managing Chinese language learning for Bilingual Schools (Thai – Chinese) under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and to verify the accuracy and suitability of the guidelines by interviewing experts on teaching Chinese language and school management.A questionnaire, a semi-structured interview form, and an evaluation form were used as tools for collecting data. Percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation were employed for analyzing quantitative data. Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) and content analysis were used for needs assessment and analyzing qualitative data, respectively.
The results of this research found that the actual state of the Chinese language learning management for Bilingual Schools (Thai – Chinese) in all aspects was at a high level (x=4.00) and the expected state of the Chinese language learning management for Bilingual Schools (Thai – Chinese) in the overall was at the highest level (x=4.62). The difference between the actual state and the expected state were significant different at .01 level. The Modified Priority Needs Index revealed that aspects on teaching method and learners were at a high needs (PNImodified = 0.20) and aspects on curriculum and teaching technique were at a low needs (PNImodified
= 0.13 and 0.10, respectively).
The guidelines on managing Chinese language learning for Bilingual Schools (Thai – Chinese) under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration consisted of 4 main factors: 1) Goal and Principle 2) Curriculum and Teaching facility 3) Teaching technique and Teaching method and 4) Instructor and Learner Development.

Good foundation of minds depended on long and continuous nourishment. 3) honesty, honesty nourishing helped children to know how to control oneself while being with others, 4) disciplines, disciplines to pay respect, discipline keep and abude by the rules and regulations, 5 politeness, training children to be eager to improve themselves in speech and manner, 6) cleanliness, keeping body and clothes clean and neat, keep teeth cleaned and brushing teeth regularly and correctly, washing hands before meals and after toileting, eating cooked, clean food without dangerous substances, avoiding spicy and colorful food, avoiding cigarette, liquor and narcotics, 8) hospitality, helping, sharing, loving others, cooperative, and helping with full force and sincerity, then children would loved, wanted. Worthy and admirable in societies.

The harmony is meant to the unity among the people who want the happiness and peace in their life. They have to depend the bravery, the love, the forgiveness, and the public policy. The mechanism in the society has the several dimensions because plurality of human beings who have the nationalities, the culture and the believes. These made them busy and dangerous under the wrong view that directs their actions, but it will lead people turn back to the usual living because they had really found the usages of it. Therefore, they learn it by depending its characteristics.
1. Harmony’s Characteristics
Everything has the specific manners to tell or show its unique until people can understand it such as the water has the characteristics of coolness, the sun has the specific characteristics of hotness and light etc. In the same way, the harmony or the unity has the specific characteristics as follows:
1) Kindness is the basic issue that can reconcile the people who wanted to live safely and smoothly. It is the best characteristics for displaying the unique of the harmony or the unity that people have the passion to know and learn together.
The kindness or love helps or supports the actions of people to create the reconciliation in the group of people who have the conflict and different view from the others. If they have kindness or love in their mind, they will try to control their mind and the peaceful objectives for people and the world. The dawn of happiness and peace will get bloom in every community. When people have the kindness, they are wise to forgive everyone.
2) Forgiveness is the hard action, but it can change the bad things into the good ones in the world. It is the best characteristics for disclosing the unique of the harmony in the number of people who hope and play the roles of reconciliation. It

3) Sincere Actions (Pongsuk Tangkana, 2015) are the real roles for indicating the hard work in reconciliation or the harmony in the communities. It guarantees the possibility into the unity, because people will begin to look at the appearances outside for being the confidence and needs to cooperation together. A transparency is a part of the sincere actions that collect the first success to absorb the unity of people who have just passed the bad situations when they had faced the pain or suffered with tempered emotion or inside wounds. The sincere actions will be seemed as the cool water that poured on their heart. It will effect to the general living in all the country with the public policy.
4. Public Policy (Phra Brahmagunabhorn (P.A. Payutto),2015) is the most important to build the unity because it gives the general profits to people who have participated in such society. It depends the people who will move and drive the power of society in the social movement, economics, education, and culture that are the root of development.
Shortly, the characteristics are the kindness, the forgiveness, the sincere actions and the public policy. Whole of these will create the success of development, happiness and peace to the human being over the world, because they use it practically.
2. PRACTICAL HARMONY

2) Patience is the stable post or pole to stand up smartly. It is fact that a man has the patience in his mind or heart he will do everything with grand perseverance because he has seen the purpose that it is more important than the timely benefits. In dhamma, it is meant to khanti. The patience of people is the bigger power to change the riot into the peace. For an example, Adhivasanakhantitapasa had the highest patience. He had never mind to his life because he had the khanti so he could give up his life but he preserved the patience and told a king that it was not end and it was not in some meat or bones of nay one. The most famous leader likes Abraham Lincoln had the patience to protect the principle of democracy and to show his bravery and patience in his for changing better in the future within USA.
3) Opened Heart is as an empty glass that is opened and sit on the outdoor. It can take the pure water. The opened mind is ready to take the information and have a walk into the peace sincerely. It has given an opportunity to solve the problem if we have the wide heart with the kindness that helps all the activities succeed though they are difficult to do. By the way, we have the truth for being the light in leading on the way until we try to do successfully.

the world of survival. Everything has the truth but it might be learnt by ourselves and able to inform it to the others who will support and become the power to purpose the end of the goal.
Equity (Thonglor Wongdhamma,2011) is the most important because the people love it and depend upon it for living happily and peacefully when they try to work and find the happiness. The equity is the practical unity to help them be power to get rid of the problem and create the unity in the group of people who must give up the greed, hatred, ignorance and fearfulness then they can protect the equity for being the top of the practical unity in every society.
3. PUBLIC BENEFITS
The success in the society is symbol and happiness coming true for everyone who lives together and becomes the communities complexly so the public benefits are hoped by the people in the same communities. The need these things as follows:
1) Well Being for People is the basis for everyone who takes a part in the community because they need the food, drug, residence and clothe until they have the comfortable things for giving the facility in daily life. The unity helps them find it easily because they have the power of the people who are ready to support each other.
2) Happiness for People is the goal for everyone who was born at the first second minute in the world. They need the happiness in different formations although they will understand it all or not. In the same time, they have to depend upon it for living with unity because they take the benefits together in the same community.
