ABSTRAC 1

The purpose of this research is: 1) to study the use of the 4 sublime states of mind School and Srivikorn Business School. 2) to compare the use of the principles between Srivikorn School and Srivikorn Business School.

The study populations used in the research were 86 teachers from Srivikorn School and 50 teachers from Srivikorn Business School. The questionnaires used for data collection were analyzed by value percentage, value frequency, mean and standard deviation.

The results showed that: 1) the use of the 4 sublime states of mind, based on Srivikorn Business School, is at high level.

According to the results, the highest part is the Muthita (Sympathetic joy), following by the Karuna (Compassion), the Metta (Loving- kindness) and the Upekkha (Equanimity). 2) the teachers of Srivikorn Business School were aware of the use of the 4 sublime states of mind by executives more than the teachers of Srivikorn School.
