}~} ?5FG}} } *>> ? The data was statistically analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one way ANOVA and LSD (Least Significant Difference) technique was used when the difference was founded and content analysis.
The research findings revealed as follows: (1) the level of student affairs administration in overall and each aspects were at the high level, (2) the comparison of student affairs administration divided by faculty of medicine in overall and each aspects were difference statistically at the 0.05, (3) the improvement guidelines were; they should constructed 6 years student activities and have the new student committee’s seminar, promote the activities emphasizing in suitable and worthy creativity participation, have advantage, be learning and various capability, promote the merit and social advantage, support the budget and facilities suitably and adequately, give the guidance and supervision, have an incentive reword for sport man or ones who made the faculty reputation, and also promote love and connection in organization and careers’ founding, prepare various services completely, set the documents and media about various services for students to know at the first entrance, allocate various services equity and convenience to be served, establish scholarship and emergency foundation, set the specific students’ health clinic and patient building, set the emergency insurance, set the project for looking after student mind and also evaluate desirability, set the first and final orientation, have the career guidance activity, follow-up, analyze and find out the cause of student abuse, improve and set the rules and regulation, activate the student discipline though various medias, set the merit and discipline promotion’s activities, set the teacher and student or among students connection’s activities, have the public relation and the personnel officer to look after students closely.
