According to the UN, different goals on sustainable development have been adopted which are the map to achieve a better and more sustainable future for every part of the world. In addition, Design thinking is an approach that seeks practical and innovative solutions to problems. Regarding the perspective, Design Thinking has six principles as Rich Crandall (2010) concluded that 1) Human Centered (often referred to as User Centered) is a core of the design process at Stanford d.school.

Human-centeredness means that the design process is based on responding to human needs and user feedback. 2) Process awareness is one of the key principles of design thinking at the Stanford d.school. Robert Curedale (2016) describes the characteristics of problems that design thinking can deal with as follows;. The Hasso Plattner Institute for Design at Stanford University model of the design thinking process as Figure 27.

Design Thinking Process Framework Methods are linked to the study process at each step to generate new insight from the research. In fact, both types of research on the development of an economic for sustainable development model coincided with the design thinking process in "Observation" from the 6 stages model of the design thinking process from d.school as Figure 39.

In the second phase, the researcher started the third phase of the d.school design thinking process at the Define Standpoint step. In the third phase, the researcher started with the first phase of the d.school design thinking process at the understanding step.

As Michael Lewrick et al. 2018) the author of The Design Thinking Playbook describes that the company SWISS ICT has created a simplified micro-design thinking that allows achieving the goal in a short process. The description of the stages of micro-design thinking is Listen - Create - Deliver as figure 43 and figures 44 and 45.
