Under the intensive growth of online business marketing in Thailand, it drives technological start-up business concept in online business marketing.

Nowadays, a technology startup has an advantage over an early-day business because there are not only many organizations and supporting agencies, but also an investor. According to a 2013 PwC survey that predicted the growth of tech startups in Australia, it seems the results are unlikely to be linear in the growth path of the tech startup sector. Australia has only a 20% conversion rate of interested entrepreneurs to founders (based on data from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor), suggesting there must be 8,000 potential founders interested in joining the tech startup community in 2014.

Popular industries for starting tech companies are entertainment, healthcare, education, real estate, vehicles, etc.

Some people were seen as self-centered, having problems, having low tolerance, changing jobs frequently. But we have to admit that Gen Y being tech savvy is exceptional, especially if they are computer and internet savvy, because Gen Y is interested in technology, they know the channel to find information in the online world and social media. . They can also quickly adapt to changes and be the first to catch a trend.

Moreover, they have many Trendsetter skills and various skills, and can perform multiple tasks at the same time. Usually they have a suggestion or new ideas that are beneficial for the development of the organization and of course they are eager to work and expect to be successful in the near future. Considering that this is the era where technology mainly plays a role and they have grown up with this technology and the online world, it is no surprise that this group knows more about the digital world, is able to work in telecommunications, such as technology jobs, who like to use their creativity or idea to generate new things, and like to do many things at the same time, can use the tools just as fluently.

In the future, he plans to develop the e-commerce in Thailand, and he has the vision that he wants to be an incubator to help other junior tech startups by coaching them based on his own passion and belief that he can wants to establish Thailand's reputation to become famous on the international stage.

The beginning of a decision to be a technology startup began when he was in his second year, which he was the winner of his first competitive project. After graduating, he tended to be a startup right away; he and his team tried to turn the winning business plan into a real project. According to him, a technology startup is a group of people who want to start their own business.

Sometimes they can start with a small idea, which is an idea that can remain a business in the future. His experience of constantly competing on various projects since he was in university pushed him into a tech startup. Another thing that pushed him is that he has to stand up to his parents who want him to follow his life path as a typical way like teacher, master's degree or ordination.

To be a successful tech startup, it requires a great team, an investor ready to invest with us, the project succeeded as intended, it's harder to be this way. His intention for the future is to do his own company with a fine and solid business model, to maintain himself in the market and to develop it to be the one and leading competitor. Tech startup is a group of people who see the opportunity to do business with all fields of technology.

It makes a group of people who are interested in developing into a power user who can change or fix anything by himself, like he can flash a rom or ram. And another group of people who study information very deeply and turn into programmers who bring their own ideas that they invent and see as a business opportunity is a technology startup. By the way, as his future goal, he wants his company ACI-Software to become known and remembered as an artificial intelligence or business intelligence company.

For the future plan, he aims to build his team to be good and effective. He worked with a core issue, namely the team must be happy in their jobs; make the work meaningful and valuable.
