This research is studying Taoyuan County elementary schoosl students’
satisfaction of the school lunch, the Main food they like the most and the parents analyze the degree of valuation to the school lunch. First, we made factor analysis of students’ satisfaction of the school lunch and which part the parents emphasize on in elementary schools of Taoyuan County. Next is to analyze its degree of satisfaction and valuation according to their different background variable. Finally is to discuss the degree of satisfaction and valuation to the related situation.
