For importation of cinema film, no matter whether the film is positive or negative, an approval issued by Bureau of Audiovisual and Music Industry Development, Ministry of Culture is required, but if the imports are educational films, a certificate of no control issued by Bureau of Audiovisual and Music Industry Development, Ministry of Culture is required for customs clearance.
