The Admission Committee of the Department of Medical Education has prepared this personal statement form so that candidates can provide more specific information for consideration of their application. administrative experiences in health professions education; research and evaluation experiences; publications, presentations at professional meetings, or other evidence of scholarship; membership in professional associations (including offices held, committee participation, etc) and professional honors, awards , and distinctions.
