In this study, we tested the effect of urocortin 1 (Ucn1) on the contractility of guinea pig gallbladder smooth muscle strips (GBSM) and examined the involvement of corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) receptors in this effect. The effect of Ucn1 on the isometric contractions of uncontracted and acetylcholine (Ach)-contracted GBSM, and the effects of CRF-R antagonists antalarmin and astressin 2B on the effect of Ucn1 were studied. The aim of the study was to clarify the role of antioxidants and exercise therapy programs on the modulation of hand functions in diabetic neuropathy.

During the screening of natural products as biorational protective agents for grains, aqueous and solvent extracts were prepared from the leaves and flowers of Calotropisprocera (Ait.) (Gentianales: Asclepiadaceae). The latex protein (LP) and flavonoids (FCp) of the plant were also isolated and purified. Their effects on the survival and feeding behavior of the rice weevil, Sitophilusoryzae L (Coleoptera: Curculionidae) and the small grain borer, Rhyzoperthadominica (F) (Coleoptera: Bostrichidae), two of the most damaging pests of stored grains, were evaluated.
In this case, the aqueous extracts of the leaves showed promising toxicity with an LC50,s of 49.2 mg/. Feeding studies using the flour disc bioassay and sublethal doses of the test products revealed a significant reduction in growth rate (RGR), food consumption rate (RCR) and food utilization rate (ECI) by both insects, with the feeding deterrent indices (FDI) were achieved. A Critical Study of Comprehension Strategies and General Difficulties in Reading Skills Faced by Arabic EFL Learners with Special Reference to Najran University, Saudi Arabia. There is a general assumption regarding reading ability; is said to be one of the easiest of the four skills, viz. The reading skill of EFL (English as a Foreign Language) learners requires sufficient knowledge of English language vocabulary, scanning skill and skimming ability; Reading speed and comprehension are equally important.
In general, EFL learners in Saudi Arabia lack skills in predicting meaning in a specific context and summarizing the gist of a passage. The purpose of this project is to uncover classroom reading problems by shedding some light on comprehension problems in reading skills experienced by Arab students in general and Preparatory Year (Boys) and Community College (Boys) students in Najran University in particular. In general, difficulties are felt in various areas such as vocabulary use, scanning, skimming, prediction and summarization in the process of English language comprehension by Arabic students (boys) in Najran University.
A STUDY OF THE DIFFICULTIES AND POSSIBLE REMEDIES OF THE WRITING SKILL AMONG THE
STUDENTS OF PREPARATORY YEAR, NAJRAN UNIVERSITY: TEFL IN THE CONTEXT

Science, University of Najran.**Lecturer of physical therapy for basic sciences, Faculty of Applied Medical Science, University of Najran. This study was done to investigate the effect of reactive neuromuscular training on the gait of patients with Parkinson's disease. A total of thirty patients with Parkinson's disease of both sexes, aged 5077 years and weighing 6090 kg, were selected in our study.
The patients were randomly divided into two equal groups. Group 1 (G1) was the control group managed by traditional physiotherapy program (stretching, strengthening, balancing and weight shifting exercises), while patients in Group II (the target experimental group) were managed by Biodex Multi is managed. -Joint system for reactive neuromuscular training in addition to the same exercise therapy program for G1. In all patients, this therapy training program was done for 40 minutes, 3 days a week, day after day for 2 months. The vital signs for all patients were detected in the two groups studied, all patients' reactions were assessed by Biodex Multi-Joint System for reactive neuromuscular training, balance was assessed by Biodex Balance system SD motion analysis system, gait was assessed by Unified Parkinson Disorder Rating Scale (UPDRS), step length and velocity were assessed by motion analysis system and muscle activity for rectus abdominus and erector spinae muscles was assessed by electromyography before and after the last sessions. Our results showed significant changes and improvement in group II in all parameters assessed is about all clinical and electromyographic parameters.

In other words, we can say that the purpose of this study is to search and adapt the practice that can help our students to improve the spelling while writing in classes or in exams.

Many countries in the world face problems of inadequate drinking water supply, wastewater management and basic sanitation. In this research article, we have discussed the essential factors that influence various water problems in arid and semi-arid areas. Moreover, these water problems are classified into structured, semi-structural and unstructured.
To improve management decision-making on water challenges; we also proposed an ICT-based layer model considering operations, operational management, tactical management and strategic management. This study is an attempt to evaluate an effective implementation of e-learning program in Najran University. Spouse violence: A field study From the perspective of faculty members at. This study aims to identify the reasons for domestic violence between spouses and the relevant mitigation mechanisms from the perspective of academic staff members at Najran University, ASK. To fulfill his study goals, the researcher designed a survey questionnaire divided into two main dimensions addressing the reasons and mechanisms for mitigating domestic violence between spouses respectively. The research sample consisted of 70 academic staff members of both genders affiliated with the Colleges of Sharia and Education of the university during the academic year of AH.

V The effect of a resource room on improving reading and arithmetic skills for students with learning disabilities. The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of a resource room on improving reading and arithmetic skills for students with learning disabilities. The sample consists of (60) students recruited to join a resource room in Najran, Saudi Arabia.
The experimental group joined the information room; however, the control group was educated in a regular classroom. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group members; however, there are no statistically significant differences attributable to gender.

These viruses are usually transmitted by the fecal-oral route and are shed in extremely high numbers in the feces of infected individuals. This study was conducted to determine the prevalence of rotavirus and adenovirus infections among humans and animals in the Najran region (a province located in southwestern Saudi Arabia) and to identify the source of infection.
A total of 92 and 88 faecal samples were collected from children and lambs suffering from diarrhoea, respectively. All stool samples were tested with two antigen detection techniques; (ELISA) and RIDA QUICK Rotavirus/. To identify the source of infection, five drinking water samples were tested for both viruses by PCR technique.
In children, 8 samples (8.69%) were positive for rotavirus, and 3 samples (3.26%) for adenovirus. In lambs, 4 samples were positive for rotavirus (4.54%) and adenovirus could not be detected in any sample. This is the first study to show the presence of enteric viruses in humans and animals in Najran, and further investigations are needed to identify the source of infection.
