 Applications are to be submitted via University official letter (full application) is to be submitted via our hospital online application (instructions and guide are available in the UGME official website). Website: http://www.kfshrc.edu.sa/en/home/education/ugme

 Interns and Students are highly advised to visit the hospital official website of UGME services to check the announced period for each program and further information.

 Submitting your application does not mean that you are accepted.

 Applications before or after the submission period will not be considered.

 The concerned department might request additional requirements such as: Interview, etc.…).

 Once application’ criteria is met, you will receive accept or apology email by the UGME automation system after submission period is closed as announced in the announcement field for each training program.

 Kindly consider official working hours while submitting your application.

 Weekends and official holidays are not counted during the process.

 Visiting directly the hospital Undergraduate medical internship coordinator office is not allowed.

 Visiting Program Directors and/ or hospital physicians or hospital staff to seek an exception for acceptance beyond the regular processing system will lead to rejection on student/ intern application.

 Unprofessional attitude/ behavior against hospital staff or within the hospital campus, or/

and breaking above training policy and hospital regulations from any student/ intern (while applying or during their training) will lead to reject / disseminate student/ intern training application at the program and might lead to legal action as per training &

hospital policy.
