Security and safety policy at the field training sites of Al-Jouf University Introduction:
Safety and security and addressing potential risks in field training are among the most important dimensions of field experience.
It includes disseminating preventive awareness and safety procedures that everyone should follow at training sites.
They are all sites of activities such as internship sites, cooperative training, practical applications, and training in clinical workplaces, factories or others. And follow-up everything related to security and occupational safety in the field training sites, to ensure the safety of the trainees, in order to reach the highest standards of quality in security and safety.
Policy:
Al-Jouf University is committed to providing security and safety standards in all field training activities sites for both students and academic supervisors.
Policy implementation procedures:
1. The application of the highest quality standards related to occupational security and safety and risk removal when selecting field training sites.
2. Distributing the field training manual at Al-Jouf University to the field training students and academics supervisors which includes the Safety Standards and Potential Risk Management section in training sites before training.
3. Inspecting the means of security and safety in the field training sites, determining how to deal with risks on the training side through training units in each college.
4. Preparing and distributing publications on safety methods and dealing with risks at training sites to students before and during training.
5. Training students on how to deal with risks in the field training sites before starting training, and their involvement in the process of assessing and analyzing potential risks in field training sites.
6. The commitment of students and academic supervisors to wear personal protective equipment while staying at field training sites.
7. Following up the training units in the colleges for local and international reports and research on occupational safety, to keep abreast of the current developments and developments.
