Please address these questions:
1. Provide league table data extracted from Bloomberg or otherwise clearly cited source, that shows ranking, size and number of ECM deals.
- ECM transactions may include IPOs, rights issues, debt to equity conversions, accelerated bookbuild offerings or other equity or equity linked transactions.
- Kindly ensure any adjustments are clearly highlighted and explained or otherwise will not be considered an accurate submission.
- Deal size attribution to each advisor should be divided by number of financial advisors and bookrunners.
2.Provide a list of all ECM transactions that priced or completed during the year 2022, with the issuer, type of transaction, description, date and size. Transactions included should tie in with league table shown in 1 above.
3.Provide select case studies of 1-2 unique equity capital market transactions, including description of transaction, any unique structuring or execution, international distribution, or other elements.
