I think that the publication of the first report of the Association for Human Rights in KSA is a significant merit that can be credited to the nation at large. Despite the important recommendations and comments noted by the Society in the report, I have considered the following points revealed by the report:. In continuation of the series of articles entitled 'Explosive areas', the explosives have been detonated this time by the National Association for Human Rights.

This step comes after 3 years since the creation of the National Association for Human Rights. This remark on the part of the Society is formulated in a bold, unprecedented way. Society understands that its report will be useless if human rights have not become part of the citizen's culture.

The National Society for Human Rights assesses the situation regarding the mentioned committee as "unusual" or as a phenomenon worthy of attention. Rua'a magazine noted a number of official acknowledgments regarding the credibility of the claims made by the National Human Rights Association. Some of the ladies who were interviewed for the report by the National Association for Human Rights declined.

The Society noted in its report that human rights culture is not prevalent in Saudi society and that the majority of the . Furthermore, the National Society for Human Rights report takes a deep look at aspects related to Saudi society, as well as the status of governmental and non-governmental authorities and departments, in particular. This is due to the weaknesses in the curriculum taught to the Law & Shariah students.

Thanks to the sisters and brothers who are members of the National Society for Human Rights for the great effort reflected in the first report of the Society. On the other hand, the concern of the Society is focused on human rights within the Kingdom, but there is a. We continue to await the balanced, flexible response from the government departments indicated by the report.

Undoubtedly, the most important point highlighted in the report of the National Association for Human Rights is the request addressed to the Minister of Health regarding the monitoring of the current situation of hospitals. If the manager of the hospital had been different, the association's report would have been completely blameless (I'm not talking about a specific manager, but about the model manager who is causing us problems). I will devote this article to commenting on the 'fundamental human rights in Saudi Arabia' part as described in the report, in particular.

It was, and then came the resounding surprise of the National Society for Human Rights report.

HUMAN RIGHTS REPORT

The report also pointed to cases of inequality in the chances of employment in the public service due to non-compliance with the provisions of article (28) of the Basic Law on Government. Regarding the issue of women's rights, the report specified a number of points that in some cases reduce the rights of women. Moreover, it is also considered a right effort on the part of the government to involve the people more in the administration of their affairs and security.

On the other hand, in order for the association to succeed in realizing its noble mission, it must be supported by sufficient, competent, qualified and specialized personnel for the specification of the problems and the proposal of the suitable solutions. In addition, the Society must be provided with sufficient means to enforce the required changes, especially in its relations with the government departments that do not comply with the provisions of the State's Basic Law which require that disputes between people be settled quickly. In the end, it can also be said that the success of society depends equally on the awareness of the people regarding its role and goals together with the understanding of their rights and duties.

The role of society should be understood as it is and should not be confused with the roles of the other institutions. I hope that the role of society is not a matter of citing the mistakes of the public authorities, but rather should be a factor for reform and improvement by proposing solutions and alternatives that can assist the official authorities in improve their performance and ensure the protection of human rights as determined by Islamic principles and by the provisions of the basic law of the state. What is striking is the large percentage of administrative complaints that come forward, namely 22% of the total number of complaints.

These rights have become an integral part of international human rights agreements and will not be threatened in any way to be confiscated. On the other hand, the term "mediation" implies that the society is of the opinion that there are two extremist lines of thought and the society should stay in the middle, but this cannot be correct without consideration of the principles adopted by each. of those currents of thought. The situation of the whole issue of human rights requires more thought and study especially from the side of national jurists, considering that the Society is of the opinion that the continuous efforts of people to raise the level of awareness are a necessary a priori. to understand the concept of human rights.

I visited the electronic site of the National Society for Human Rights (http://www.nshrsa.org) and read the details of the society's first report. In the fifth chapter, the report examined (the right to a dignified life) and stated that (one of the most important factors in ensuring a dignified life for citizens, providing housing, combating unemployment, establishing the poverty line and the Society hailed and praised the initiative of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in support of the Real Estate Development Fund, the support of the Charitable Housing Projects, the establishment of the National Fund for Poverty Alleviation and for His instructions for building of popular homes in the needy regions of the Kingdom.
